Shipping & Handling Policies
  • Handling Time
    Normal handling time is 3-5 days. During holidays and sales, the handling time is 5-10 days.
  • Shipping Time
    We use DHL via Unites States Postal Service for domestic U.S. orders and USPS Priority International service for international orders.
    • Domestic Shipments - Shipping time is between 3-8 days from the time it is accepted by DHL sorting facility.
    • International Shipments - There are many variables for international shipments such as, distance from United States, customs processing times, and weather in some instances. These are estimates based on past history.
      • Customs Charges - Please check with your country's customs department about import taxes. Skinny Bunny is not responsible for paying for your Countries Import Taxes.
      • Canada/Mexico - (7-14 Shipping Days)
      • Europe - (14-20 Days Shipping Days)
      • Africa - (14-30 Days Shipping Days)
      • Asia - (20-30 Days Shipping Days)
      • Other - (14-45 Days Shipping Days)
  • Packaging
    We package all products safely in the box with packing material and use the greatest quality boxes to ensure minimal/no damage during shipment.
  • Tracking
    Tracking information is available all the way to the customer for Domestic Order ONLY. For International, tracking will only reflect up to the customers port of entry. 
    • An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address when the package has been labeled and is on the dock to be picked up by the carrier. The tracking information will not update until it has reached the carrier's sorting facility.
    • If you have not received an e-mail or you can not find the e-mail you can track your packages online, by signing in to our website. Once logged in. click "Orders" on the left menu and select the order you want to track. If you don't have an account, you can sign up with the same account your placed your order under. There isn't a charge for creating an account with us. 
  • Lost Packages
    If the tracking for the package is marked delivered, Skinny Bunny will not be liable for replacing that package. We will make exceptions for specific scenarios.

  • Wrong Address
    Please double check your shipping information, we will not replace packages that are delivered to wrong addresses because of customer error. 

Return / Customer Service Policy
We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to be satisfied. This is the reason for the Skinny Bunny Teas Customer Service Guarantee.
  • How to reach customer service?
    • If you have any questions regarding these terms or specific questions about your order, although is preferred, you may reach customer service through 3 different avenues.
      • Chat
        On the bottom right of our website, there is a chat dialog, this will allow you to chat with a customer service representative.
      • Phone
        You may call our customer service hotline at (848) 231-2004.
      • Email
        This is the fastest way to receive a response about specific order information. You may e-mail support@skinny.com, please be sure to use the same e-mail as the order is under or give exact order number in the subject line when inquiring. 
  • Cancel An Order
    If for any reason you would like to cancel or update your order, please reach out to us directly via Chat, E-mail or Phone. 
  • Returns
    Due to inevitable fraudulent activity Skinny Bunny will only accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Skinny Bunny (online or over the phone).
    • Timeframe for Return
      Customer has exactly 30 calendar days from purchase date to contact customer service and initiate a return. In the event that the delivery date is outside the 30 day window for the purchase date, we will extend the timeframe to 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
    • Terms for Return
      Customer service will accept your request for a return if it meets this criteria.
        • Teas – Must be unopened and in the original packaging to be considered for a return/refund.
        • Accessories - Must be in original packaging and unused.
        • Return of good merchandise will be paid for by the customer, in the event the merchandise is not up to standards, Skinny Bunny Tea will pay for the return of those products. If customer pays for return, proper tracking must be provided.
  • Refunds
    If a package was shipped, we will wait for the return of the package before issuing a refund. Processing time packages that are returned are 7 business days and are subject to these terms.
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
      • eBook purchases are non-refundable.
      • Once a refund is approved, it may take at least one week to process and additional 3-5 business days for it to reflect the balance in the original form of payment.
